Wisconsin Professional Partners

Welcome to the Engineers Without Borders - Wisconsin Professional Partners (EWB-WPP) chapter.

The objective of the Wisconsin Professional Partners Chapter is to assist EWB-USA Student Chapters in Wisconsin and surrounding states in the implementation of projects and to facilitate Student Chapter development and cooperation. The WPP mentors and supports engineering students involved in EWB-USA approved projects, in a manner consistent with the objectives of EWB-USA.

Recent Wisconsin EWB Events

Milwaukee was recently the host to both the 2009 EWB-USA International Conference and the 2009 EWB-USA Regional Training Workshop for the Great Lakes Region. Various groups consisting of students and professionals have also been frequently traveling to Central America and Africa to develop and implement EWB projects.

Engineers Without Borders - USA (EWB-USA) is a non-profit humanitarian organization established to partner with developing communities worldwide in order to improve their quality of life. This partnership involves the implementation of sustainable engineering projects, while involving and training internationally responsible engineers and engineering students. Upcoming Events

WPP Chapter Meeting
The next chapter meeting will be the evening of September 21, 2010, at the GRAEF-USA office in Milwaukee. This will be the kickoff meeting for the 2010-2011 academic year. More details will be coming out soon.
